OUTBOUND SALES SUPERVISOR - OUTBOUNDS SALES TEAM
As an Outbound Sales Supervisor at United Rentals, you’ll be instrumental in supporting Outbound Sales Reps who are focused on growing rental revenue with new and existing customers through outbound sales and personalized account management. You’ll help manage our customer’s needs regarding new/used equipment sales, OEM parts sales, customer-owned fleet solutions, and OSHA safety courses. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining a team that is goal oriented and sales focused.

Additional duties include the following:
Supervise a team of Outbound Sales Reps in their daily duties and support the Management team
Assist with the measurement of job performance based on clearly understood common goals – established key performance indicators
Develop Outbound Sales Reps sales acumen by teaching and coaching the Reps on the talk tracks
Administrative duties include monitoring phone service levels, daily personnel hours including breaks, lunch, arrival times, etc.
Responsible for helping to resolve issues where staff needs assistance – following the established escalation process
Cross-train staff to a degree which gives each employee a basic understanding of the others primary purpose with an emphasis on job interdependencies
Coordinate training and ensure compliance with all department processes and procedures, corporate policies, and relevant government regulations
Responsible for driving overall Active Customer Growth, Used Sales and YoY Rental Revenue Growth for the Book of Business’ assigned to Outbound Sales Reps
Other duties assigned as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or, industry experience of 5 years
Minimum of 5 years industry experience or on the job and in house training
Ability to effectively plan, organize, communicate, and delegate
Good communication and math skills (abstract reasoning)
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SURI, and general office equipment
Strict adherence to the code of business conduct
Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on coaching
Ability to multi-task, plan and organize time
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
