What you'll do:

  • Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability

  • Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives

  • Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational status

  • Manage personnel matters

  • Oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testing

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center

  • An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation

  • Strong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferred

  • Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Gérer l’ensemble des activités de la succursale afin de garantir la sécurité, la productivité et la rentabilité de celle-ci ainsi qu’un bon service à la clientèle

  • Superviser les efforts de ventes et les initiatives commerciales

  • Rédiger et présenter des rapports, y compris des états des résultats, des évaluations mensuelles des procédés, des budgets annuels et d’autres rapports détaillant la situation opérationnelle

  • Gérer les questions de votre équipe.

  • Superviser toutes les questions relatives à la sécurité, dont les audits, les formations de sécurité, la conformité avec les règles en vigueur, les règlements du transport et les tests de dépistage de drogue ou d’alcool

  • Réaliser les autres tâches demandées en fonction des besoins.

Exigences du poste:

  • Un baccalauréat est un atout

  • Au moins cinq ans d’expérience concluante en gestion d’entreprise avec responsabilité des résultats dans une succursale ou dans un autre centre de profit individuel

  • Une compréhension des principes de la comptabilité commerciale et de la préparation de budgets

  • Une expérience solide en vente et en service à la clientèle est requise, de préférence en vente externe.

  • Des aptitudes efficaces en matière de leadership, de motivation, d’organisation et de communication

  • D’excellentes compétences en informatique et de l’expérience avec Microsoft Office

  • Des connaissances et de l’expérience dans le domaine de la location d’équipements sont un atout

  • Un permis de conduire valide assorti d’un dossier de conduite acceptable.
