As a Truck Driver/Equipment Associate at United Rentals, your goal will be to deliver small equipment to our customers in a safe, timely, efficient and courteous manner using an auto transmission 3 ton roll back truck and 3/4 ton pickup. You will also organize, wash, fuel and stage equipment when it comes back off of rent from our customers.

Additional responsibilities include the following:
Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
Adhere to all safety requirements particular to equipment including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Suggest equipment and supplies to meet customers’ other needs
Maintain the yard by staging and organizing equipment
Checking equipment for repairs or damage
Washing, fueling and performing minor repairs on equipment
Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements:
Valid Class 3 or 5 driver’s license with acceptable driving record
6 Months experience, 1 year preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
Diligent attention to safety
