United Rentals Service and Maintenance Specialist in Scottsdale, Arizona

As a Service and Maintenance Specialist at United Rentals, you are responsible for management of the maintenance schedules on the rental fleet. You will compile and analyze usage and equipment data relating to the company’s diagnostic software program. You will provide administrative maintenance support as needed to the service teams in the field and work with the Service and Maintenance team to provide administrative support on team initiatives.
Additional duties include the following:
Compile and verify new equipment acquired has equipment maintenance schedules built into operating systems
Review and verify data from manufacturers as they relate to equipment maintenance schedules
Compile, evaluate, and analyze data on usage reports, technical support calls, training reports and equipment data connections
Conduct annual reviews of license renewals on diagnostic software programs
Other duties assigned as needed
Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience
Proven track record with at least 2 years maintenance administration experience
Proficient in most Microsoft applications and systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Must have or develop proficiency in RentalMan
Must be a strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, handle time constraints and manage shifting priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving capabilities
Good analytical skills
